Le Saint Gapour (Vache) is the first cow milk traditional Camembert style cheese made in Singapore. After months of development we are proud to present our latest cheese creation. This is a bloomy rind cheese with an earthy and nutty aroma and a soft and creamy texture. The edible white mold rind is also sweet and slighly mushromy. This is a cheese everyone can eat. It can be eaten on it's own or with bread or crackers. It will also go very well with dry fuits or jam. You can also bake it and eat it warm with bread or crackers.
