Les Rillettes d'Yvonne are traditional french style pork rillettes. Yvonne is selecting high quality black Iberico pork from spain or portugal and red label french duck fat. The pork meat is slowly cooked in duck fat to produce a very smooth and natural rillette. This is following a very traditional french recipe.
Ingredients: pork meat, duck fat, salt and pepper.
Serving: Served chilled. Best paired with crackers or bread. Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 5°C and consume within 5 days. Net weight: 180g
