Le SingSpread is a cheese spread that makes a hearty and healthy snack when eaten as a dip. Made using fresh pasteurised cow milk, the whey is slowly drained from the curd in two consecutive steps to produce a natural spreadable cheese. Unlike typical cream cheese, we do not add cream to our cheese. The milk is slowly transformed into raw curd with natural cultures. Le SingSpread comes in four different flavours. It is also a great ingredient for cooking, as a base for zuchini or tomato tart.
