For fresh cheese, store them in an air-tight food storage container. For bloomy rind, semi-hard and hard cheeses, wrap it in a parchment paper or original paper before storing in a container. This is to help the cheese breathe while regulating the moisture. Keep the cheese refrigerated from 2ºC to 5ºC. Enjoy our cheeses soon after buying them, and always keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.

For the best quality of texture and flavor, we recommend consuming the cheese by the ‘best before’ or ‘expiry’ date indicated on our food label.

For same day delivery/self-collection, orders must be placed before 3pm. Otherwise, you may choose a delivery/self-collection date at your convenience. Our available slots for self-collection is listed under FAQ > Delivery > 03. For bulk purchases, you will need to place your order at least two weeks in advance or contact us directly.

We charge a flat rate of $15 per delivery.

All goods sold are non-refundable after shipment. However, you can contact us for the reason for your cancellation. We can review it on a case-by-case basis. If we do offer a refund, we can offer a discount code with a 3 months validity.
