La Faiselle.  Is a french traditional cultured fresh cheese closely related to "Fromage Blanc".  The name comes from the mold in which the curd is strained: faisselle [ feminine ] /fɛsɛl/. means draining basket.

La Faiselle is hand  made in Singapore from fresh pateurized milk

Faisselle is often eaten as a savory dessert served with salt, pepper, and either chives or shallots. I personally love it as a sweet dessert, served with sugar or honey or fresh fruits or Jam. It is also great for breakfast with cereals or fruits.
